There is a 2 year contract minimum for the Premium Package. You may cancel at any time - 30 days written (email) notice required. If you have not fulfilled your minimum commitment, you will be charged a lump sum fee for all remaining months of your contract at your monthly contract rate. If you have fulfilled your minimum contract, your service converts to a month-by-month term and any remaining payments applied will be pro-rated and returned to you upon cancellation.
